Would you also be kind enough to measure your throws pls? (in mm) I inherited a second hand one so don't want to rely on the %' s in the manual.

stock setup. just copied the manual settings. i dont use the gyro. everything done in flight mode 2. get 4 mins flying on nanotech 4000. very easy to fly once you get over the fear.

These swiftly arrived from Germany today. Purple - exactly like stock and packaged in a Freewing box identified as "Model 3200".

[i was told when i asked a sebart reseller that the kv was 2500]
an ass-umed 3200 makes sense to me as to why my 2800s werent cutting it.
my turnigy 3300s have a good chance of cutting the mustard then.
if only i can find the damn 3.17mm to 6.3mm shaft adapters...

I thought they were 3600kv. The HET 2W20 is 3350kv and 750 watts and they outdo those with max amps.
I did a search recently and came up with http://www.aero-model.com/Hacker-Bru...ner-Motor.aspx which must be close excluding the edf extension. 750watts but peak amperage is 70 which might explain the extra headroom. I don't think this motor is exactly the one though as it is fairly heavy with the extension.

Presumably I can run one up unloaded on my eagle tree and get an rpm, which we can divide by volts and get a definitive kv? Will need to know number of poles tho.
