Kk blackboard 5.5 wild flight characteristics
Ok so I'm new at this but I have the capacity to understand , I just built a eBay special with the kk 5.5 ( black board, kk on reverse side ) got everything set up really nice , balanced and all . This is what happens , it flys like it has ADD it's all over the place drifting that is , and if I pitch or roll , woahhh watch out it speeds off , I putt gains at 100% and it clered up about 40% but it's not wobbling as it says it should (no oscillation ) this is harder information to come across on the net, the board is 5.5 but that isn't the firmware right? I'm in x formation btw. Will the 4.7 help out ? Where do I go from here please , pretty please will somebody chime in . 🙏

First thing is first. Do you know what firmware you are currently running? After upgrading the firmware to v4.7, I had wonderful results. I believe there is also an "acro" version of the firmware that makes the quad more responsive for acrobatic flying. Don't use that one. Get the standard v4.7 firmware.
Also. what size props are you using, and how large is your frame? I/m using an x450 frame, and I think I tried using 9.5 inch props, and it got VERY squirrely. Maybe try some smaller props???
Just a few thoughts. Good luck!

10x4.5 props it's a x525 frame 30a esc and 1000kv motors
It has what ever firmware came with the board , I'm gonna flash tomorrow when I get home
Is there a problem with stick centering after you flash?
