Question
Ticketing System Support Center

I ordered a FlySky FS-T6 that was dead on arrival, never powered up with two different sets of batteries that worked on another transmitter. I submitted a ticket to the Ticketing System Support Center and I am wondering how long it will take to get a response? I submitted the ticket last night and I have not heard anything yet, I was anxiously waiting for the transmitter to arrive and and had a big let down after it didn't work right out of the box. Could someone please try to help me out on this?

If you submitted the ticket after 5PM PST the ticket will not get answered till today because we're 9-5pm PST M-F.

I can process a RMA for you to have the transmitter returned and exchanged if you like.

I wanted to thank RaidenCharlie and all the HobbyPartz Support Team for all their help in resolving my issue with a bad transmitter. Prepaid shipping label was sent to me and faulty transmitter exchanged without any problems, new transmitter was received and is working great.
