I've ordered new motors.

Put the screw back

Been there, done that! I hate it when that happens.

I apologise if I'm going over old ground but I'm new to gimbals,

Been putting together my home made gimbal for a mobius cam using the GLB Alexmoss mini 8bit on 2.4 b7 and Multistar 1807-340kv motors,

Gimbal is pretty well balanced, but I get a high pitch noise when I plug the power in to the gimbal,

Changed the PWM setting to high but it's still there,

What do I need to do to get rid of the noise,

I have the same problem with the 8-bit.

I have the Alexmoss mini 8bit on 2.4 b7 on a CS1 gimbal and now I'm trying to get the shakes out of the gimbal when flying. It's setup to all the recomendations from the CS1 people and not its down the the finishing touches. I'm new to this. My props are balanced on my DJi Phantom 2 and the vibration/shakes come on when off the ground and flying. I'm interested in any suggestions that somebody might have. I already burnt the first controller but now I can use the GUI and reset, etc. without problems.

I am using the 8-bit controller on my 3-axis TRD Beholder Aero gimbal and I have to say I am impressed with the performance I got.

I am too in the process of ironing out some details though.
One of the most annoying phenomena is a violent vibration mostly on the yaw axis that I get at extreme pitch angles +/-45 or more. It starts slowly with a low frequency-small amplitude oscillation and it picks up quickly. After a second or so the gimbal is shaking so violently that the yaw motor cogs to the next position - either to the left or to the right -that happens randomly and it's loosing the center (I am using the gimbal in yaw-follow mode).

This happens both when I tilt the quad and when I manually pitch the camera via R/C. I feels like the initial oscillation is exciting the IMU which is giving back positive feedback to the motor to oscillate faster and so on...

But why does this happen? Why on the yaw axis when the quad or the camera is just tilting on pitch axis? What could I do to fix that?

I am attaching a screen shot of my current settings.

Thank you in advance
/Dimitrios
