AA Battery to Lipo

Hi All,

I'm considering converting one of my radios from using 6x AA 1.5v batterys to a single lipo or similar purely because 6 AA batterys are a PITA to charge.

What would work? would a 2s lipo work? The overall voltage needed I guess would be 6x1.5=9v? But a 2s Lipo is 7.4v?

Or any other suggestions

Most people use 9.9v LiFe batteries. Just find one that matches your dimensions.
