Let's see if I can get you going in the right direction. Those wing bolt pieces look to be made of hardwood, most likely spruce or basswood. Look to see if you have a bag of misc. hardwood parts that would contain the two pieces. If you don't have those pieces, then look for a piece of hardwood of the correct dimensions (not length) shown on your plan; then cut two pieces from that single length to match the plan shape, one for each wing half. You will build each piece into a wing half as shown on your plan. The bolt holes can be drilled after the wing halves are glued together per the plan dimensions; just prop the joined wing with the proper dihedral under each wingtip and drill straight down and through the hardwood. If you pre-drill those holes without the proper dihedral the bolt holes will not be aligned to your fuselage correctly when you place the wing onto the fuselage. As for the trailing edge of the wing you should have two pieces of tapered trailing edge material in the kit to match the plan dimensions, or at least two pieces of flat stock from which to form the trailing edge. Check your directions and the plan to locate the correct material. Hope this helps.
Soft landings,
Joe
