Max II motor from eflypower?

Does anyone have any first hand experience or info on these motors?

I was looking at the 2200kv one at the below link.

http://shop.eflypower.com/shop/views.asp?hw_id=734

Looks like it would fly a stryker or a park jet quite well on a 6x4 and comes with a few extras.

Cheers,

wow 140 watts? no heating problems? its a tiny motor so thats good perofrmance.

I have the 1050 kv one and it seems good for the price. Just seems a little inefficent in the design, such that there is more metal than is really needed so its just extra weight (a result of the fact that they used a stator smaller than it should have been as was shown on the site). Otherwise a good little motor.

Hmm. Thanks GPT.

Have you had any issues with your motor? and any ideas how many amps are you drawing on your setup?

If the 1050kv produces 140wats on 9x7.5 I guess teh 2200 would produce around 180wats with 6x4?

Oh, and were you happy with the service from the seller?

Cheers,

The seller is very good in my experience. Mike Huang. Delivery is good too, considering how much you pay for it.

Ive spend in the order of hundreds from him so far, and its all good. Seems a reasonable guy to deal with when theres a problem.

No problems with eflypower, they have been very good to deal with.Motor is pulling 14 amps static ,fine inflight, but it gets hot at 14 amps on the bench.I,ve run this setup for about 12 months.
My only issue is the wires are thin and have broken off at the connectors twice.

Max Ii

A Max II / 1050 kV goes well with my light electric glider:

I use it with a 2S LiPo and a 8x4.5 prop. It does get hot a bit but nothing too bad. My
experience with this motor is very good, as well as with EFlyPower.
