Sorry to bring back an old thread, but here is a tip that works a treat.
I, too, use needles to dispense CA. Most Luer Lock base needles will fit onto CA tubes and bottles. Do not use a needle bore over about 22 or 24 gauge, you just do not need a large diameter needle. A length of 1.5 to 2 inches work best. Do not use the short 1 inch needles. Reason below.
Force fit the needle to the tube/bottle and use the glue. Just set the tub/bottle aside after use, needle still attached, and let the CA harden in the needle bore.
When you need the CA again, take a small butane lighter and hold a flame under the last 1/3rd of the needle length. You will see a small puff of smoke as the hardened CA burns out of the needle tip. The tip is now ready for use again. The reason you do not want to use short needles is that you want the CA to harden in the needle barrel out near the end, and burn out there, so as not to melt the plastic base that holds the needle itself.
Works great. I have kept some of the cheapo small CA tubes alive for over a month like this using just a drop or so every now and then when necessary.
The needles are reuseable to boot.
