I just bought a double horse 9116 and working on the sub trim settings. it has a left drift even with the sub trim setting of 100R. I have to push the stick on the remote control to the right in order for it not to drift. I even tried to go all the way to 120R on the sub trim but without much success. what can I do about that? I seem to not get the settings right. anybody have any tips for that?

check if the tail is secured, many times it was never put on well.

Did you try adjusting your swashplate? If you get on the DH9116 thread it'll teach you everything you need to know about them.

Set the sub-trim to 0. Make sure the trim buttons are also at 0.

Looking at the heli from the back take the left link off the head and turn the end counter-clockwise one turn. Then take off the right link and turn the end clockwise one turn. Try hovering again. If it is still drifting left, turn them both one turn more. Try hovering again. Keep doing this until the drift stops.
