I think this will be a nice step up after flying the umx radian.

Here are some pictures of the Adagio from the E-flite website. It is listed as due in early August. Includes ailerons and flaps. Looks nice in their video. Mike H

This really looks cool! Love the smooth rolls in the video.

I enjoy flying the Aerobatic Slope Soarer on my Phoenix flight sim. Wonder if this Adagio flies like that?

Of course, where I live we have no slopes. So if it isn't good at thermaling, I'll likely have to pass on it. Havin' enough fun with my trusty old Radian and her UMX sibling.

Depends what you want. They will never glide like the UMX Radian because to much weight.

That looks really nice. I'm quite happy I didn't end up getting the UMX Radian.

Makes you wonder what microheli based his statement "to much weight" on?

You would be even more happy if you had gotten one. An amazing little plane. This thing is no comparison other than they both glide. Just my 2 cents.

Nice find! Looks like they are really going for light wingloading with all those specs, and the battery. Literally a motor-glider in all aspects

My problem is that I've sworn off brushed motors and linear servos a while ago. That also means I don't have any 1s batteries around but I do have a bunch of 3s 450mah though. I was tempted to have a little glider to take anywhere with the UMX Radian but this fits the bill much better.

Weight is in the manual (356g) Wing area is 15.6 sqdm.
This make a WCL (Wing Cube Loading) of 5.8
A good glider should have a WCL under 4
The UMX Radian have WCL of 2.6
