Help recognize a component on Mini-Z PCB
Hello, I have PCB from KYOSHO MINI-Z AWD MA-015. Some component was broken. I could not recongize the component marked in red in the attached pictures. It looks like a dual transistor or dual mosfet. There are 3 same component on the PCB and the mark is X.C. The pictrue is taken from a new PCB. The PCB is used to drive a 130 motor and a small servo motor.
Please help reconize the model of component or suggest some component to replace this one.

Looks like they are marked Q1, Q2, Q3? That would indicate a transistor of some kind, but it's going to be hard to determine the specs without more info. Have you tried to find a schematic somewhere? Google?
