Storing lipos for long periods

I work offshore and will not use my lipos for 3 weeks at a time.. What is the best way to store them. Full or empty? Thanks

long term storage is typically recommended to be about 3.8V per cell

3.83-3.86V per cell at room temperature here, just because this is what I've read and see the majority do.
My packs from Gens Ace, Hyperion, and the others ALWAYS arrive at this state from brand new too.

Many chargers have a storage charge function too, which makes it even easier, otherwise just charge them or discharge them to about 3.8v per cell.

Three week stints without a heli! I feel for you!
