Hi, I tried to search and cannot find any information on Certificate of Origin from BangGood, so here is the question:

Can BangGood.com issue Certificate of Origin - Form E for their products? It would greatly help me with import tax. It's the difference between 0% and 10% import tax for me.

Check their terms of condition usually on the bottom of the site or contact customer service from the Live Chat.

I have emailed them, and also using their online form to submit question but have yet to receive a response. I know their staffs participate on this forum, and that's why I'm posting in the hope that someone from BangGood will answer my question.

I placed an order two weeks ago. I paid extra for expedited delivery. I have emailed customer service once each week with no reply. When I try to track the order all I can find out is that a shipping label was created, but nothing else. If I receive no reply by the end of this week, I will cancel this sale with PayPal and shop elsewhere.
This is what I know:

rccourt, the few times I have had to deal with customer service, the best way I found to do it was with live chat. I live in the central US so the only time I could get live chat was after 9 pm central time. If you are in the US, try live chat later tonight.
I actually received a package today from a different Chinese vendor, it had a tracking number, I checked the tracking number this morning, and the last update was December 10 when it left china. When I got it today, delivered by USPS, I had to sign for it. I have had much more expensive items delivered that I could track to my door, but I didn't have to sign for them. Doesn't make sense to me. And I have plenty of instances where the USPS screwed up and delayed packages, so it is not always the vendors fault. But I also never pay for expedited shipping, I have read too many people complaining about expedited shipping taking too long.
Just a few things to consider. And a couple of more, the US customs offices can delay a package for a week or more. And this time of year, package shipping is at a very high volume.
I know Banggood is not perfect, but I have had very good experience with them.
The best thing you can do to try to get answers is to go on live chat tonight.
