Laminate. . . then mold.

I've now laminated the 145's engine nacelle in order for it to be molded later on.

little fuse & little nose. . .

I'm now st as ring to epoxy the molded fiberglass noses onto both 145 fuse sections. . . Her is the British Airways Erj-145.

Next to planes like my A300 and L-1011 these 145's are tiny.

Saving weight any way I can. . . .

I drilled out these 4 cube holes to lighten the BA 145's wings before I attach them to the wingbox.

If you remove dead weight from the structure it will only improve your planes flying characteristics in the end.

I've hard attached the Erj-145's wing to its wingbox. . . Next thing is to get the tail assembled.

Hey DD........that little plane is coming on a dream.........i love the neat wing box section...its gonna look impressive when it comes alive with the decals etc...brilliant craftsmanship..

I've now cut out the lower fuse hole so I can run the Aileron & flap servo wires through and allow the fuse tube and wing to lay down flush with eachother.
