TNC: Goodby Tony
The RC world has lost a great contributor and a terrific human being in
Tony Criscimagna on March 28th. For those of you not familiar with the man, he was the inventor of the TNC digital readout/optical sensor tachometer, hence the initials. He later sold the rights to the production of what many consider the finest tachometer for RC use. See: http://www.fromeco.org/Products/05FRCTNC/Default.aspx Tony lived and flew his airplanes near and lived in Woodstock, N.Y. I was fortunate to become a friend and fly with Tony when he spent summers as a snowbird along with his wife, Pauline, down here in Central Florida. Unfortunately health issues precluded his return here for the past few years. Godspeed Tony! Howard |
