I have a Nook Color from Barnes and Noble, you can get them around 150, maybe even less. Don't get the Nook Color Tablet, just do the Nook Color and root it with Cyanogenmod 7. books are pretty small, less than a megabyte usually. Mine take 10 seconds or so over my home wireless network and comcast internet. Books are the primary thing I use my Nook for. Most of the stuff I read I use Dropbox to transfer it from my computer to the Nook. Nifty little app.

I've got a ZTW 12A in my 34" EPP Edge and I've got a ZTW 85A OPTO on order for my 58" Edge. I like these ESC's. Also ordered a 6A ZTW BEC for the 58" Edge. Good hardware and decent prices.

...just to add that because there's a vertical element, that you can use the same inputs whether you're upright or inverted on the horizontal pass. Wamsy's video here is showing basically without letting up on the elevator from the quarter loop to upline... which is handy if you want to get your poptops low and in your face with a pile of energy
