If you order it with a credit card, your the card provider usually will protect you if you do not get what you purchased. all you need to do is call the CC company if you have a problem...

we need a good apple hobby report!

Abong is for sure a good place to order from! many, including myself have had quick deliveries from them!

can you tell us all what the cost/with shipping was from them (Abong) AND WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED. I emailed them and still no reply...

IIRC, $257 (Paypal) for plane plus 1 spare prop and 1 spare hub, delivered to Massachusetts.
They are located in Ontario, just over the border.
I found RCG PM (RGinCanada) to be the best method; very prompt replies.

I emailed UniqueModels and they sent me the .pdf of the instructions ... something to read while waiting for delivery .... and snow to melt.

We are right here in the USA, and have these models and most parts for them IN STOCK, not drop shipped, with free shipping in the USA. Our prices are lower, too, the Corsair is $225 shipped anywhere in the USA, and we ship the same or next day, not two weeks, not from overseas.

My Corsair has cleared New York ...

Of course the past weekend weather was 60deg ... I wish Santa had delivered early

It's here...and I wasn't home to sign for it.

6 days from order to delivery at home...Shenzhen (12/5) to Massachusetts (12/11). EMS did a great job.

I will be first in line at the post office tomorrow morning....

Then, it was not "in stock" at the North American distributor?

It was shipped directly from the manufacturer.

6 days is very good, especially at this time of year and was faster than promised. Tracking was accurate.

My wife ordered an item online, Oregon to Massachusetts, at about the same time ... The plane arrived first.

Yes, the travel time was good. I just had the understanding that these models were in stock in N. America already.

Applehobby stated in post 68 (this page) that they have inventory in the US.
I didn't have a preference, since at some point it has to get from Shenzhen to the US.

I don't know about MileHigh RC; I have never contacted them.

None of my Multiplex radio gear is stocked by US dealers, so I am accustomed to overseas shipments direct to my house.
