1710 1.5Y questions
I bought a 1710 1.5Y in anticpation of using it as the motor in my .46 Harrier 3D.
The plane weighs in at ~6lbs with a 4S 5000 battery pack installed. Currently the ESC installed is a Castle Pheonix 80.
I was looking at the motor calculator on the Neumotor web site but this motor isn't listed. I was hoping to get an idea on what size prop to use.
Any ideas on prop size and current at 4S?

I tried it with a 12 X 6 APC-E yesterday. Didn't get an amp reading on it however. The motor was dead cool after a steady 30 sec. full throttle and land quickly to check things out.
I have a 12 X 8 that I'll try until I get to the local HS and get a larger prop.
