Going to buy my first Gasser!

Ok, I'm making the move to a Gasser.
Need some advise.
Looking at the 3DHS 71" Slick or the 73"or 72" Extra 330sc.
Any recommendations?
My current 3d planes are Visionaire, 3DHS yak55 and a AddictionX all are electric powered.
What would be the best fit for me?
Thanks,

People go crazy over both of them. Flip a coin or pick which ever you think looks better. I'll never be lucky enough to get a 70 size. No place to fly it, build it, work on it, or store it. Condo living isn't conducive to giant scale.

Are you looking at just 3d or a mix of imac type stuff and 3d? I just got a 74 for Christmas haven't flown it yet still getting it all set up but it's an awesome looking plane and I can't wait

Guy's thanks for the info.
I'm looking for an all around 3d machine.
Been leaning towards the 72" extra 330, but now you guys are saying the 74" edge is the way to go?

Other than the engines that 3DHS recommends/has to offer, what might be another choice?

The 70 Velox is SICK! I like the yellow and red personally. And they are in stock!

Well if you go to the Edge thread, there are several that say the Edge is a better flyer than the Velox.

I just bought the 74" Edge as my first gasser. I was really stuck between the Slick and Edge but the Edge was in stock and they had a Black Friday sale so the Edge won out. The build itself took some time but overall is fairly straight forward. Went with the DLE 35RA which requires a little more effort to mount up since the bolt pattern is slightly wider than what the motor box was designed for. It runs really good, idles nicely, and only required minimal tuning to get it dialed in. Haven't done the maiden yet since work schedule and weather just have not cooperated but hope to get it in the air soon. It's a very well built plane.

Been ordering all the parts I'll need to get it flying.
I'll keep you updated.
