Turnigy 3a Ubec
The "TURNIGY 3A UBEC" from Hobbycity comes with a ferrite ring.
What is the chance to get interference if I removes this ring.

Greater than if you left it on
But then a lot of ESC's don't have ferrite rings.
Just try to ensure that the ESC leads are kept away from the Rx, servos, and any leads, like you would normally do.
Always try to do a range check with the motor running with a new setup.

Seriously, that is a very good UBEC considering what Sparkfun and other domestic vendors charge for the same thing.
