Extra300 Mid-wing 50cc - Help Please
Hi I'm buying a Extra300 Mid-wing 50cc, and I need to know what Hi Tec servos to buy, could anybody please help and send me the model number, I know they need to be metal, but need more info please.

Hi Jiffy,
There are a couple of different models that will work, depending on how much you wanted to spend. You probably will want a 7955 on the rudder. You could put a 7950 on it but the 7955 would have enough power for it. The throttle can use any standard torque servo, but metal gears might stand up to the vibrations better with the gas engine. For the other surfaces, you can use 7985s and they will work fine, or you can put 7955s all around and have more than enough torque. I would stay away from the 5645s as they are slow and do not center very well. I have these setups on a couple of my 50cc planes and they perform great. I saw the EG 50cc Extra at Toledo and it is a great looking plane. I think you will like it. |

could you please tell me, whats better the Savox 1256s all over it and a 1258 on rudder or the hi-tec servos?
