Good thinking. I gotta admit though the Iris has a pretty steep learning curve. Don't get me wrong I love my Iris but would actually recommend something like the Blade 350qx. Very stable platform with not too much to fiddle with right out of the box. And they're on sale right now too. I might get me a second one.
But if you're good with computers and like to modify/"tweak" ur toys, the Iris has tons of stuff you can actually preprogram a mission on the computer and send it up on auto missions.
it has a lot of potential but due to its cost and my fear of hurting it I don't enjoy ir too often.
