High temp casting resin

Need a casting resin that will resist 500 degrees Fahrenheit for an hour when cured, that I can buy in smaller quantities, and cures at room temp?

That's a tough one. The high temperature ones that I know of need high temperature cures.
Most of the aluminum filled ones I know of are pushing their limits at 500 F. High temperature JB Weld is similar to some of the REN brand products. It can go to 500 F, but not sure how long it will last as a mold at that temp.
Another option I know of is high temperature RTV silicon, like Mold Max 60. Since it is flexible it might need supported, depending on what your doing.
