I'm sure that there are many ways to go about it ..but this is my way. If I remember correctly .Louis said his new blades are between 190-200 gms.
Rich mentioned that he had played with weights but the heavier one are better.So as my ones came in at 169 gms I decided to bring them up to 200gms.I used Mag wheel weights that have a pretty good sticky back .sit to the high point of the underside of the blade. I then use heavy shrink tube to help stop the weights popping out of the end. I could have used a heavy vinyl just as easy. I then balanced the final assembly using self adhesive aluminium tape. You will also noticed that I have used a couple of rubber tires on the blade holder as I have damaged the T/E of the blades on previous spin up's.
I hope the pictures tell the story.
