I still love my MS Composit Swift II for all around flying. My first wing was a GP Slinger and it got me hooked on wings. The Slinger flew really well and was a great park flyer, until I decided that faster was better!

As simple as wings are, you can make one in an hour that flies great. The main trick is to get the CG right. Online programs can calculate it.

Nothing to stop you.

Definitely me! This 'thing' is going through the toughest paces every single day and just doesn't want to die, despite motor in it is 10+ years old. Just back from my second flying session at the beach, always good excuse to go for a quick splash. Sorry, don't sell them, just flying them, build your own, it's so easy!

I haven't tried them all, but so far my favorite is the Unicorn http://unicornwings.stores.yahoo.net/
It is very floaty in it's stock length. Then I cut mine down & gained more speed & quicker roll rate while maintaining a lot of the floaty tendencies.

And it's very crash resistant.

That's what I would pick.

My Unicorn is great and still flying strong and amazing glide. Mega 16-15-4.

For a selection of best for ....
(for what?, combat, speed, maneuverability, glide/thermalling, FPV???)

http://www.crashtesthobby.com/

Has a nice selection and they are EEP, so they also hold up really well. Very good build instructions, parts selection and videos and all the advice you could want for asking. Great service!

I have 3 Tuffwing 32s, 2 Stryker F-27Qs and one UM Stryker F-27 180.

Wish they still offered the F-27Q. My Tuffwings are getting a LOT of air time.
