Drone Matters HK Blue Series 12A RapidESC (SimonK) Review

Drone Matters HK Blue Series 12A RapidESC (SimonK) Review

• All nfet

• Cheap compared to other SimonK p and n fet 12a escs

• These are rebranded HobbyKing Blue Series escs, but they have SimonK already so they don't need to be flashed.

• May run bl heli based on this thread:

http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2136895

• Came pretty quickly from Singapore in a box with a lot of padding and bubble wrap. They had the best packaging I've seen

from any company (some places settle for a padded envelope). Shipping was also pretty cheap (about $6).

• Less than half the size of the 20a escs I had on my 250mm quad earlier, and much lighter.

• Simonk version 5/15/2013 (best version for high kv micro quad motors, especially those with a high number of poles)

• Had 10 flights with them using 2s and 3s batteries, everything worked flawlessly. Other people have reported using 4s with

Blue Series escs but I haven't tried it so I can't recommend it.

• Came with heat shrink already on.

Drone matters are ten/ten for good service.. They are the best place for good value and good quality quad/fpv gear

The description on their website says: "These are so fast, compared to standard ESCs you can double your PI gains"

Does this mean 600MHz?
