Where can I get inexpensive carbon rads and tube

Tried to use the search function but did not turn up anything within my budget.

Looking for small carbon tubing and rod. Is there an inexpensive source?

Thanks

Dave

Please define "small" and tell us what you want to do with the rods and tubes. That will help us narrow down the answers a bit.

1/8" and smaller.

Doing some rubber power to electric R/C conversions and need the carbon to beef up wings and also to hinge control surfaces (tube in tube hinges)

Thanks

rcplanebuilder.com has a good selection of carbon tubes and rods, check them out. Great business and the shipping is only $2 and ships out same day if you order before 4:00

I used to always buy CF rods and tubes from BPHobbies, but they recently increased the s/h to $8.50 or something like that. They ship via USPS Priority, which indeed got pretty expensive lately, so, high s/h isn't entirely their fault. I wish they would ship smaller items 1st Class...
