Thanks Doc!
By trial-and-error, with big help from a local RC member, we found out the signal wire to the ESCs was somehow inverted on the plugs? Purchased the same 18A Turnigy Plush (red) ESCs as my Witespy originally had, but who knows?
Forced them in the other way and it works now. =)
Only fried my brand new ESC programming board in the process (used the 12V lipo) ...

Calibrate them all!
Lower your mini throttle, in the sketch.
Check your throttle trim!
looking at the video, try the min command first!
Lower it to 900 and see if that works.
If you look real close they are all beeping!
Start there!

Got some new Turnigy ESCs to replace the beaten-up ones in my Witespy quad (same red Plush ones) & something seems to be wrong: when I plug in the battery I get the "tu-da-de" chirp but then, instead of all the ESCs beeping one more time together, the front-left one beeps first (a few times, ~1sec interval) then the other 3 together a second later - and it keeps doing that.
The order is correct ... what else can it be? Thanks

This is interesting, it must be my poor quality motor adapters. With out them it is fine and with it on it vibrates.
Still want to get new motors though, i prefer to stay under 20 amps and from hobbyking. Ill take any suggestions.

SO EXCITED FOR THIS GPS MODULE!!!
