Well, ya can`t win if ya don`t enter, and to enter you`ve got to post video, so I`m thinking that they`ll be posting. They both have pretty long drives to Capt Soap`s field, so it may be a while.
And of course if their efforts were lame, we`ll never see them. Devil Horns

I wish there were a bone to throw...

Before this gets too far into sandbagging accusations...

Soap, you must have been watching someone else's jet.
The 190mph yellow thing was my Ritewing, but it's on a prop
My Spear didn't finish the day well. Only just got off the ground when I lost control of the right elevon. Servo came un-glued. It was in a mild crash a few weeks ago, and that may have loosened it.

Still got the nicer Spear to fly now that I'm done with this one, but was hoping to get a little more time on the beater!

Mines not ready yet.....I was there to support Darin, allthough we both had some hot flights with some passes in the 180-190 mph they were prop drivin....I think we both have things worked out though for 70mm stuff...cutdown rotors are the way to go period.

Sorry about the Spear.
The Sonic pipe is a nice touch though.

I find myself making up excuses to build more intakes and exhaust fairings than I'll ever need.

Building materials with a tasty frosty treat inside!

Flown yet?
I think you'll find a need for lots of down thrust on the fan to keep it straight when the power is poured on.

Edit:
Thinking about it a bit more, I'm not sure if down thrust will fix the thrust line issue when the fan is directly over the CG.
May just have to fly with lots of up elevator to compensate for the elevated thrust line.

It look like it needs more duct tape on the fan to me.
