I hope this question is in the right forum.
I've just converted my MC18 to 2.4 using the the Graupner Hott module.
Since changing over the voltage display on the transmitter is constantly flashing between two figures for instance 10.6v -10.5. This is happening all the time and as the voltage drops the figures change. The set seems to be working fine, it binds with the receiver and the servos are moving smoothly.
If anyone can shed any light on the problem I would appreciate it.

Happens for a lot of Graupner and MPX radios, seen personal in a MX12 and Royal Evo 9, the voltage display does not like Ghz, it needs some filtering capacitors here and there, not an universal recipe without the schematic or open radio on desk.

It is due to a fact that Tx is not transmitting (means drawing some current) constantly. It send bursts of data 100-200 times per second. Otherwise it sleeps. So - battery voltage hops up and down a bit.

I just have converted a MC20 ( coming back from the states ! ) to Hott G2 and did not see any trouble ... even with case open
no such problems with some friends also using old MC 18s ...
I also have a pair of MC 18 - one early 7 models memory version and one later 30 models memory ( both MC 20XF soft upgraded ... ) and a second G2 module, so I'll give a try to it.
What kind of battery do you use ???
