F22 low flying under a football crossbar
I know its childish but my 13yr old son challenged me so what could I do!!!!!
Then my daughter gave a perfectly timed scream to this low flypast, more impressively my son didn't flinch with his camera

I am convinced that the F-22 PLAN FORM is a winner !
No mater who has designed a "version: it always seems to come out a Good Flyer ! The Polaris was a good model for me but somewhat limited in capabilities. It would do some wierd stuff but always recoverable. It served me well for several yrs. But being limited I started getting really "creative" which eventually ended up ruining it ! C'est la vie ! I have to absolutely agree. I built an F-35 using the same design techniques and it just isn't the same. I've tried three different motors in it and it just flies like a pig. It will do the flippy-style maneuvers, but its roll rate is crap - even with ailerons - just not the same.

Y'all have brought up a good point. My Tomhe F22 is one of the most fun planes I have built and I want to do another. I have the same motor, the 2212-06 and all the gear so I want to do one like the F22, preferrably by Tomhe. Have you guys built another one of his that is (almost) as fun as the Raptor? Thanks.

Don,
Of the other tomhe models, I'd say the F-18 is probably a close second to the F-22. Pat |

Got the equipment bay , engine nachells , and battery hatch bottom all glued up . Everything is looking square and true. Most importantly I'm happy with how it's comming together....
It's easier to keep on building a plane if everything looks true to your eye. A lotta times when something isn't right , we shelve the build. But this is looking good. ![]() ![]() I'm gonna try a Hobby People motor , Don't know the number, it had a 6x4 apc prop on it, and it flew a GWS P-51 with authority... It's the smallest one of the black series, |
