Chris,

What a great adventure and report. You guys take tenacity to the next level!

What an accomplishment to design, manufacture and fly your own sailplane in a world class competition. Not many have earned that badge.

Congratulations Team South Africa,

Mike

I have known Chris as a modeler/pilot while based in SA. We were, at the time, both working in the aerospace industry. Not only Chris is an outstanding pilot, but his knowledge of aerodynamics and composite manufacturing is way above average. I would say that he easily compeers to designers/manufacturers like Baudis, Vladimir, etc.
