Im still struggling to find a 5S that'll fit the X, and be rockNroll, in the southern hemisphere, or at least a company that'll ship downunder.

Have one very aged 5S 2100 neu, that aint gonna cut the mustard.

I have heard that the Sky-lipo 2200 30 or 40C 5S fits...lenny posted it,and i plan on ordering a few....If you need me to get them,and ship them to you,just say the word

They come in at 309g,and are 42X34X106....and$30 US.IN STOCK.

Would you get 42x34x106 in your X Voodoo?

Mines wont let me get any more width than my neu 2100 which is 38mm wide. I already have to deform the fuse slightly to get it past the wing bolt points.

That pack is 39mm high, and 106mm long. Length is plenty of course. I wouldn't want much more than my 39mm high or i couldn't close the wing....

It might be worthwhile to search the web for Gravity Hobby LiPos, as the word around the campfire says they are the same as Gens.

I am just going by what Lenny said was working,as i have not even looked into 5S for my X ....I am just happy that i am flying it with NO ISSUES (not that i had issues with the X,just learning the powertrains had a few snags) and not looking to change that any time soon

I don't know anything about this product at all, but check the size of it....

I tried some batteries in the X today..

5s Blu Sky 40C 2200 fits if the label faces to the side. I had to shove it to the front of the wing opening to get the CG set. The connector didn't have enough room to lay on the side, it had to go up front.

a 4s NanoTech 65C 2700 fit albeit tight.

a 4s Turnigy 40C 3000 got stuck. Just went in, didn't think it was coming out!

I use a Neu 1115/1Y up front w/a 100A ESC.

ok, so SkyLipo is 42-43 mm thick, and genesis is 41mm, acording to bananahobby and hobbypartz.... it seems the X wants no more then 42-43mm, so why are so many having trouble fitting 5s ? almost all 5s 220mah lipos are no more then 42-43mm..

maybee all X fuses have different sizes inside, but cant think it should differ more then 1mm.
