If it wasn't tried very thoroughly afterwards, chances are it's most likely ruined.

The problem will be corrosion on the stator, maybe corrosion on the case as well. But if you see any rust inside the motor it would probably be cheaper to replace it than to try to fix it, since a new stator would mean a new wind.

The one on the the parkzone extra 300. I just tested it again to see if it would work. And it did! Haha just needed to sit in the basement for a few months I guess

Ummm I don't think so. I'd like to stay with 3DHS personally, there's no reason for me to switch have you flown both planes? The 48 from both 3DHS and EF?

not if you have the right setup.. I fly mine on 3 cell, and he doesn't fly hardcore 3d,

yes I owned both. I also owned the 3dhs 47 edge. to be honest with you id rather fly that ef edge than a gs airframe. its that good of a plane.

A few things I don't like right off the bat. First, it looks like one heck of a complicated build. I took a quick skim through the manual and they're talking 5 and 30 minute epoxy, goop glue and such... not sure if I want to go through all that. Second, carbon landing gear! Might be better off using the spring stuff

And yeah buying 4S packs might be an issue for me.... I'll consider it though.
