It's not realy hard to say a Liquor Store is going to get robbed at two am, or pockets picked at the mall on Friday evening. Everything runs in patterens. Life is predictable and kaotic at the same time.

There is the equiv of a dozen or so very full filing cabinets of information held on computer storage on every US citizen now - welcome to 1984!¬ this btw is a recent (post 9/11) 'Homeland Security' development!
