Plane Ideas

I have a a great planes giant big stik with a Crrc 40cc gas engine on it. Great plane, flys great.
I also have a wing man 2 low wing with a super tigre .45 on it. very fun plane flys awesome.
I have a e-flite taylore craft with a 480 on it. (best electric I have)

I am going one way or another on my next plane, speed, or more 3D capable. (I have not done much 3D but always wanted to be able to, but I still like speed

I was thinking a .40 size revolver type plane with a gas engine

Or a 30cc size Sbach.
I perfer gas over nitro.
Thoughts? I know there will be many opinions.

Due to control surface size 3-D planes of any type do not lend themselves well to high speed. Your looking at ARFs I assume so if you would like a fast presision plane then look at the new Dirty Birdy ARF by Great Planes. It's an old pattern plane design and designed for speed before turn around pattern. Nothing 3-D about it though.
For old pattern plane kits you can look at the Blue Jay Models site. They cut the Joe Bridi designs and don't cost a bunch.
