Hi Ken,

Yeah, Simon Watts did a great job organising it. It's an annual comp on the KAMS calender. The F3F and F3J seem to get a reasonable turn-out too.

Cheers

Hi Chris,
Megaline was 1.22mm.
Broke two new lines and suspect they were damaged.
From my past experience with it I don't think they should have broken as early as they did.
Cheers

Hi Tim.
Similar experience with it here in Tas. Last 1.22 I broke may have been due to chafing around the turnaround.

Chris.

Hi Franpr, what do you need to know? There is a contest at the KAMS field in 2 weeks.

Hi, thanks for answer.

I am here in Perth and would like to contact the people to meet them!

I think some of them were in the National f3b team, so I should know them already.

my email is: franp(at)terra.es

Hope to get some news from you soon.

2012 Champs Photos

Hi all, attached are some pics from last weekend. 10 pilots flew almost 3 complete rounds in great conditions. Massive lift to be found on the distance course and fastest speed was 13.xx by Tim Kullack. He also managed a 16.xx with a cut at base B!!!
Sorry, dont have the results to hand, will try to find them and add them later.
A visitor to the field was Francisco, recently moved to Perth from Spain and the guy who designed the Palm F3B App, he gave some valuable pointers to a few pilots about setups and tactics.
