Wow,i put off getting one of these because..........well.......a few bad apples is the best way to put it,i guess. Finally said the heck with it,and glad i did.Awesome flying little plane to throw around without a care in the world.Went with recommended 65 mg's and Omega 72g.Gets a little squirrelly some times but i totally expected it too with the short fuse and that huge wing. It's actually kind of funny how much authority that little rudder and elevator can provoke.

Guys, just a FYI...don't use a 11x8 prop on the 72g omega. Just saying...

I enjoy flying both, but I prefer how the 41" Edge Balsa flies.

I think I've built, flown and totally demolished about 6 of these planes. If your looking for a plane to blast around at full throttle with a high pitched prop then this isn't the plane to buy. EPP and high speeds don't work well, the plane will start to roll and lose aileron authority. This plane is a blast to toss around low and slow, it will do some high energy maneuvers and wad itself up into a little ball if you want it too but straight out speed has never worked out for any of mine.

My TH CY handles speed very well on 3s. I decided to pre order the 41" edge after all with the 72 omega, ZTW 45a, S3157's for ailerons, and S3156 for rudd/elv

Thinking of resurrecting my 3dhs foamy. I have 4 spare hs-56 servos, will they work ok on this plane? I had hs 65mg in it before would they come close?

Probably be ok but they are light on torque at only 16oz.
If you note blow back then you would have to get a better servo.
Doesn't the HS56 have the weird mounting tabs?
