Hey guys, anyone want to help design an outrigger mini racer to be 3d printed? All files will be open to the public.

Would really like to design an awesome, inexpensive, fast, and fun boat that is right around 300mm total length, with a main hull of 200-220mm.

If possible I would like to design it for readily available props (or design a 3d printed prop), flex shaft, motor, etc...

Please PM or comment if you are in!

12'' long hull, and 12.5'' long overall, with the fendering. Yes, everyone keeps thinking it's an 18'' Springer, but its not.

Minimost - will the back end pop on plane without the weight of the driver onboard?

Part of my micro collection goes from a 4 inch tug and 6 inch hydro (U-4) to a 22 inch New Jersey.
Most have working lights or rotating guns or cranes.

It looks like the winter are on hold. Today it is zero degrees Celsius and no snow. The boat season is long this year

I need some more weight up front, and perhaps tilt the outboard some, to make it plane nice

You need down thrust to lift the back up. 2 to 3 degs is a good start again the weight of the driver is not helping it pop on plane.
