AR7000 rX problem
I have a brand new AR7000 RX that came with the DX7 TX. As I never had a use for it until now (no 7 channel airplanes in my fleet) I decided to hook it up and test it. I used the switch that came with it and bound it according to the instructions to the TX. The light blinks and then goes solid, stating it is bound. However, no servos seem to work. I tested a AR6000 RX to see if I was delusional, but that RX works fine. Now a friend of mine has the exact same AR7000 RX and the same thing happens.
IS this just a bad RX or is there something else needs to be done? Such as update firmware etc.

The AR7000 needs its remote receiver attached (you will have to bind again).
As a safety feature, the receiver does not give control to the servos unless it's receiving signal from both internal and external receivers.
