Suppliers policy on returns
So here's a potentially interesting point; when a vendor orders from the manufacturer/wholesaler and gets the wrong or damaged parts which need to be returned and replaced, who pays for the shipping then?
If it is the manufacturer/wholesaler then why shouldn't the same be true for consumer/vendor? Just a thought.... |

huh? Really? Other than you interjecting yourself in the thread and rambling on about how great SA is, this thread has never been about you. I was just going along with you- you know, going with the flow because I was having such a good laugh. And then, you and I were becoming such good buddies, I didn't have the heart tell you what you are rambling about had no relevance in the thread...Again sorry. My fault, I shoulda told you earlier. Sorry, I wasted your time and bandwidth. Perhaps that new vendor thread you did on SA will do you some good.

BTW - I still haven't seen that great awesome thread on SA yet? If you've posted, can you share a link. I'd like to go there and help you applaud them too. |

what I said: ======= Here's my honest advice- You should really post a thread in the vendor section on how great SA is. Really, it would help deter those newbies from buying anywhere else. ======= here's your response: ======== i did per your request. i also posted another vendor that provided excellent customer service ======== When I asked again you said: ======== why would i start a "new vendor" thread? there's already one in use. ======== BTW - All your post in this thread as well as Your 2 post #22 and #23 only soul purpose was to provoke an emotional response from me, nothing more and I quote: ============== it would be really great if the reps from HK frequented this forum and did some Q and A....oh, wait...they do.....kinda how's that HK chat thingy going? ============ I'll tell you what...Edit those two post and I'll do the same. and yea...still having lots of fun! |

10 no and 4 yes but wouldn't feel comfortable asking for gas money.
With CodeJock's point, Surely that would depend on the agreed arrangement between the seller and the manufacturer. I know if we get equipment and there are issues with it unless there is an agreement in place that specifically states it's shipped back to the manufacturer at their cost, we pay the shipping costs. I see many vendors have a set of terms and conditions that the buyer has to agree to before the purchase will go through. Mark |
