I don't think I ever brought up HK though. Can you point out where I brought up HK? You must be a big fan because I see you tend to follow HK thread and comment on them a lot. You must be thinking about them a lot.

So here's a potentially interesting point; when a vendor orders from the manufacturer/wholesaler and gets the wrong or damaged parts which need to be returned and replaced, who pays for the shipping then?

If it is the manufacturer/wholesaler then why shouldn't the same be true for consumer/vendor?

With CodeJock's point, Surely that would depend on the agreed arrangement between the seller and the manufacturer. I know if we get equipment and there are issues with it unless there is an agreement in place that specifically states it's shipped back to the manufacturer at their cost, we pay the shipping costs.

I see many vendors have a set of terms and conditions that the buyer has to agree to before the purchase will go through.
