I just looked up the cost on those, you can almost buy the three telebees for the cost of one more of the futaba gyros. The telebees WILL work, and you can use the futaba on the tail. Some gyros just refuse to work with speed controls. And you MUST set the gyro to rate mode. If the gyro is only heading hold it WILL NOT work. Bob D |

here are the weights
Tricopter alone 28oz or 812 gr Tricopter w/ 2.2ah turnigy batt 34.5 oz 1000gr I just came in from a test ( it is almost dark ) I flew with two 2" wide rolls of strapping tape attached to the bottom. The tape is 17.5oz or 507 gr for the two Total weight with tape "payload" was 52 oz or 1508 gr It flew around fine, the last time I tried this it flew poorly, but that was a much smaller frame size ( around 12" arms ) I don't think the flight time would be too long, maybe 4-5 min.....
