Interesting how adding a step to a boattailed bullet increases distance and accuracy. Snipers seem to prefer a stepped bullet according to this report.
There is no mention of drag on No.3, and its co-efficient is .546, which is better that two other bullets that were tested for comparison.

Very interesting, perhaps I need to really swedge the brass down into the bullet when I reload.
