Just out of curiosity....what is the round cowling plane in your picture?

It's a Yak. You need to get those progressive trifocals checked! :-)
It says it right on the props.

And yes, I'll definitely miss the 70, but I couldn't sell my 74 Edge when I tried, and I have 3 other Slicks, so I think I'll be okay.

Perhaps the question was in relation to greater detail than it being a yak?

I know that!!! I was teasing him for this post he made yesterday, when I pointed out it was a Xoar on my 89" and not a Master Airscrew:

The little round cowled plane is the 30cc Slipstream Yak55M with a DLE30..... still sorting out the CG on her, but after 1/2 dozen flights, I think she's a keeper! I love Yaks....

I love Yak 54's....not too crazy about Yak 55's. I have a Slipstream Sbach that was built as an electric, that is also a great flier, and has a ton of power as it is flown on 10S. It was very tail heavy to start with, so I put a Hacker A60-20S in it....took care of being tail heavy!!

Damn skippy, I'll be there at the end of September! That is why I felt comfy buying the 89" Slick! I met Humberto at RiverCityRC while I was there 2 weeks ago, and he was flying his 89" there... The club/field I fly at here in Vegas is e-power only.

It sure does! I literally just bought my registration package and raffle tickets (one of which will get me a 104 slick! )

Question slick flyers.

I've got a 70" slick and I've used 40c 8s 4000 batts

I love the gens ace and it seems hoppypartz is all sold out of 50c and higher batts.

Anyone have any problems with 25c 4000's since they are the only ones available ?
