MeatStik at the NEAT Fair?

I saw what "appeared" to be a MeatStik type of plane at NEAT on Saturday (9/15)... From where I was standing, I couldn't tell for sure. It was relatively small, had what looked to be homemade
white foam wings. It flew very slowly, and VERY well in the breeze
that was blowing... It seemed to stay in the air for about 20 minutes...
sometimes just hovering against the breeze. <img src=http://home.stny.rr.com/vestalweather/images/xyxthumbs.gif>
Is anyone here on the forum the owner, or did anyone here attend NEAT and see it?

Is this the one? It;s called 'AndNow'. Fully aerobatic depron model using 'litestick' type fuz. Handles 10 knot winds and flies for about 7 minutes on 8x300 NiMHs.

David, At the NEAT you mentioned two places here in the USA that we could buy Depron sheets. I did not write them down and hence I forgot. Could you please enlighten me again. Thanks John Tracey

PS. I can't wait to put one of those things together they look like a blast. Also did you win the most flights prize?

John, I list all sources I can find on my links page:

Pecks Polymers seems to be the main source in the US. Alternatively use Foam Board and soak off the paper/cardboard.

If I've added the links correctly, here's some threads on a similar models built from meat trays and other useful references:

The NEAT Fair was great. Perfect weather, excellent organisation and many vendors. Special thanks to Tom Hunt for being so helpful. I didn't fly the most but certainly enjoyed my fair share of flying time.
David.

David... Yep, that sure looks like the one I saw! I can't be sure because I never got close enough. I'm going to have to try making one though... I liked it.

John... Depron can be ordered from Peck-Polymers at reasonable prices.
