LOL! I shoulda known it was going to be way beyond a sound effects board / MP3 unit!!! Excellent! And programming not just appropriate for the year but the time of day as well! Bravo! What an inspired hack!

Thanks Ron,
We'll certainly give it the old College try!

As far as the Nelson's are concerned, I sure have got some of their shows and plan to display them right along with I Love Lucy, Gunsmoke, Have Gun Will Travel, What's My Line, Ed Sullivan, The Honeymooners and more.

When I start to get things "working" I'll post some progress. Cheers, Barry

OUTSTANDING Barry, this boat should go a long way to inspire both young and old. This is what attracts new blood to the hobby.

And I thought it was pushing you to put a roll of toilet paper in the head.

Incredible! I was showing photos from your build log to my wife. She is impressed, saying "Oh! Like a doll house, just in a boat!" From her, that is a great compliment...better than I get from her for the stuff I build.

Sorry oldtribefan, I never meant to come between a fellow modeler and his wife! Please tell her "Thanks" for me, and thank-you. Cheers, Barry

Sorry Pete, but this time I've got to agree with Craig.

Although, when I hopefully get all the electronics working, many of them won't be heard or seen when off shore. It doesn't mean they won't be able to work, just that unless I installed some phenomenal set of speakers and amplifier, nobody will hear it, and how much of a 1" TV screen would be viewable from a distance? Not much of the interior detail will be viewable except at close quarters as well.

Cheers Barry

You probably wouldn't hear sounds from a real motoryacht other than diesel rumble/drone at a much distance. You'll know that it's all there though. Great on-going project.

Pete,

Bill Smith from Ft. Myers. Trying to catch up with you concerning your plans for the 63 and your boat. Left a message on your phone with my cell and landline.
When's a good time to get together, give me a call. Thanks

Bill
