Sounds under-powered. It'll have aerobatic power, but 3D pullout will be iffy. 3-blade prop? FMS does make me scratch my head at times.

I own the FMS SBach, and I can tell you (from personal experience) that the LG wire legs and plastic mount are a problem unless you NEVER EVER have to make a hard landing. I'm tempted to try the new Edge 540 but it looks like they have the same LG setup as the other planes in this FMS series. But you're absolutely right, it's too bad they decided to go with such a wimpy LG--- again.

Actually similar size and weight to a 3dhs 51" Slick. I fly mine on a very similar setup and have PLENTY of 3d power.

Specs say motor is capable of delivering 750 watts divided by 3.7 pounds = 202 watts per pound.

It looks great. One of the best things about foam is that it's easily molded into practically any shape versus making it as scale as possible with balsa.

The down side of foam is it's much softer, so the moves are not as sharp. And I am not convinced you can get 750W out of the stock motor. Maybe it will, but I will believe it when I see it. Usually stock motors are junk, and certainly not suitable for aerobatics.

And the FMS props I have seen are nowhere near as efficient as an APC.

Props are only a few dollars and let's say that the motor only delivers 600 watts, that's still over 160 watts per pound.

You may take this with a grain of salt but I can honestly say we have over 100 flights on this plane and it is not under powered nor is the landing gear fragile. I've had a few hard landings without issue. It is modeled after the Edge 540 V3 which is a much better looking (IMO) version of the Edge 540. All the servos are 17g digial metal gear. We've tested these servos extensively and disassembled/reassembled all of them multiple times to check the wear, gears, etc. I can honestly say this is the highest quality servo I've ever seen in a foam plane in this price range. My 2 cents.
