Or use a thin coat of the new Beacon Hobby Coat. That will give a good adhesion to the EPP for both Blenderm (which I don't bother using anymore) and the velcro for the components. Hobby Coat is thinner and can be painted on nice and light much easier than smearing Foam-Tac

EPP is tolerant of pretty much any paint/solvent so you can paint with anything but it is also a sponge and will absorb quite a bit of weight if you don't do light coats. It is an open cell foam, so don't expect a glass finish. when you are flying past 5' away, you will never notice
