I used CA after I inserted a few rounds of the thin white packing foam that BG uses in all their packaging. Works quite well and increases traction as well as makes the tyres wear more evenly.

Today I fitted these and had time to run one battery through with them:

All I can say is WOW! The handling is unbelieveably better and there is also a good ground clearance, no fear of the bottom hitting the ground. When you drop the car from about 50 cm to the ground it does not bounce, it just sits there.

All the jumps and bumps that would earlier make the car spin are now smoothed and now I can actually steer this thing all the time, not only when I hit the brakes.

No modifications needed other than longer screws to the upper mounting points.

Tried a bit on the tarmac... I'd say 40+ km/h easily.

...and some jumping. In this video I only had the old Tamiya (1983 or so) rear shocks installed, but still the rear does not hit the ground like with stock springs.

Funny. I'm on iPad and if I try to watch those videos either small or fullscreen, the quality is awful. But when I open them in new tab, they show just ok.
