FSRC - 38" Extra MX Kit
I have been working on this project for about a year now and it is finally coming into shape.
I print the design on the kits on 6mm depron from Rcfoam.com then procede to cut them with a multicam 3 axis router.
The hinges are beveled about 95-98% of the way thru the foam and I tape them with 1/2" 3M Blenderm tape immediately after so that you get a PERFECT hinge everytime.
Feed back from the current pilots is that its the best foamy they have flown due to them rolling far better than other foamies. I am told they feel more like a big airplane than others do, and don't get stuck in high alpha orientations the way other kits tend to.
I am working on a Yak54 and Sbach 342 at the moment. I am hopeful that i can sell a few kits and be able to get more materials for another round of R&D.
I have an ad posted here on rcgroups and also one @ flying giants
